Critical safety features include an emergency outlet and a leak alarm for added operational security. The furnace is supplied with a high-quality Golden Elephant brand silicon carbide graphite crucible, known for its longevity, typically offering a service life of 6 months or more. Precise temperature management is ensured by a K-type thermocouple and a Taiwan-made TE96 series automatic temperature controller, maintaining aluminum liquid temperature within ±10°C during the holding stage.
